The Married Life

We have been married now for two months and all is well on the home front. Justin is still job searching and so everyone still needs to keep us in your prayers. Here lately he has gone a one interview and has had 2 more phone interviews. So we are keeping our fingers crossed.

We had a fun weekend last weekend. Went to dinner with the Crutcher's on Friday night, and we had a wonderful time catching up with them. Then on Saturday we decided to check out the Farmer's Market at Ross Bridge and it was not as great as we expected but we did buy some homemade blackberry and muscadine jam and some corn. I will let you know how the jam is. Unfortunely on Saturday we found out that Justin's car was messed up and $300 later it was fixed. A great weekend present huh? Then Saturday night we had a baby shower for the Gilmer's, which was great. Then we went to a cookout with some of our friends. The cookout ended with us deciding to go out to Innisfree which did not end so well for some of us, me included. I had a little too much to drink, this includes the 3 jager-bombs I had, and ended with me in the bathroom for a little bit. Hehe.

Our week has started out pretty good besides a little scare that happened on Monday with the Sawyers. Baby Will and Sarah had a little tumble down the stairs at their lake house, but luckly everyone was safe and no one had any injuries.

Murphy Brown has just been running all around like a crazy lady. Justin went to go do some work for the Sawyers last week and after he had gone to the car he realized he forgot something so he ran inside and when he came back to the car Murph was sitting on the console all ready to go. Hahaha, what will she do when her Dad goes back to work? She is still barking at the TV and anyone who walks past the front window of the house. She also now enjoys jumping up on the dinner table, for what reason we have no idea!! We knew she could do it but she has just now started to share her new talent with us. :)
