They have in the windows as of yesterday morning. We have our frame walked scheduled for May 5th, which is Wednesday. We are really excited. Looks like the June 30th close date will be plenty of time. All the things that are supposed to be done before the frame walk are....foundation (check), framing (check), roof (almost check, just no shingles yet), windows & doors (almost check), bricking & siding, insulation, rough heating & air.... So basically all the layers of a home until the sheet rock. Then after the frame walk, the sheet rock is the very first thing they do.
